Steven has been the Regional Director of the Travel Industry for 10 years at Sonesta Hotels. After that, he presided over Accor North America’s with Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissotel as a vice president. He kept his suppliers and travel agencies front and centers every step of the way.
So, Steven has in the travel industry for more than 27 years. He has witnessed the growth and development of the companies in which he has worked. The best strategy for him is to give comforts like hotels Paris. He always focuses on his team and consumer services.
